What is Yoga?
Yoga is a combined practice of physical postures, called asanas, with breathing techniques that help you to become more present in your body. One translation of the word yoga is union or connection. So what is it we want to connect?
The most common definition is to connect body, mind and soul. When these 3 things are connected you may discover aspects of yourself that had previously been unknown to you.
